'The apartment was great - I did use the heater as it was cool in the evenings. The hot water worked well when following the host’s instructions and the wifi was great. There was some construction going on the last few days that was loud but not under the control of the host. Chiara was responsive to questions and helpful with checkin and getting a taxi from the airport. I would definitely stay here again! '

'This property's listing is pretty true to what is rented. Full access to the kitchen and the garden. We had a few issues, but once we let the property manager Dafne know, it was fixed right away. She was very responsive to our needs. This is close enough to Plaza de Armas to walk, but off a quiet street near cafes and markets.Highly recommended and will stay here again.needs'

'This villa is very clean and well-kept and the views... Well, the pictures online give you an idea, but let's just say that they don't get old. There are a few tricks and tips for getting the most out of this place, but the hosts are very helpful and responsive. Also useful: there is a little market right outside the door for bottled water, snacks, toiletries, etc. The walk to the main plaza is short (10 minutes at a leisurely pace) and eventful. Cusco is a vibrant city and there are shops,...

'We had 7 people each with own bedroom and bath which was great. Nothing fancy but well worth the price for 2 nights to acclimate before 4 day hike. Great location close to plaza, lots of great restaurants around. Place was cold. There was a heater that didn’t work so they brought another. Large space heater didn’t get warm upstairs. Water pressure a problem, make sure you understand the water situation before showering! But management very attentive and there to help and answer questions.'

"Heerlijke plek om te ontspannen in Cusco. Het hotel is helemaal van deze tijd en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn stil wat enorm fijn is aangezien het hotel zeer centraal ligt. Het ontbijt is zeker de moeite waard en geheel naar verwachting van een Novotel/Accor hotel. Het bevat goede gezonde keuzes en heerlijke broodjes, iets wat niet vanzelfsprekend is in de omgeving. We hebben ook een keer gegeten in het a la carte restaurant en dat was ook van goede kwaliteit en met veel lekkere groenten. Alle plekken zijn op loopafstand van het hotel daarnaast ligt er een grote supermarkt op 10 min afstand. Daarnaast ligt het hotel ook op het vlakke deel van Cusco, hierdoor hoef je nagenoeg geen trappen te lopen om faciliteiten in de omgeving te bezoeken. Iets wat zeer fijn is op 3000 meter hoogte en een nadeel is van andere hotels. Onderschat de trappen niet met het lage zuurstofgehalte op deze hoogte."

"Mooi hotel. Zaten in kamers onder de grond, uitzicht op een oude Inca muur. Maar die staat letterlijk 30cm of zo vanaf het raam. Daardoor nul dag licht in de kamer. En je kan het raam niet open zetten. Super lekker bed, goede airco, mooie maar verouderde badkamer & inrichting."
