'Attention à la dérive au niveau du restaurant indépendammentde l'hébergement. qui, tendance à laisser la cliente Indienne s’accaparer les lieux. Sans doute rapport au patron originaire Indienne qui aurait laissé la gerance à son compatriote délaissant les autres clientèles. Heureusement que la partie hébergement de par leurs professionnalismes arrivent à vous faire oublier ce désagrément. Ou alors nous étions là au mauvais moment, dommage, pour nous. À suivre'

'Sehr schöne Insel, die ich schon mehrfach besucht habe, auch als es dort noch keine Hotelanlage gab. Die ist vorbildlich in die Vegetation der Insel integriert und verfügt über angenehm schlicht gehaltenen, aber in jeder Hinsicht perfekten Komfort für einen entspannten Barfuß-Urlaub. Auch die unaufdringliche Freundlichkeit des immer verfügbaren und hervorragend geschulten Personals ist aus meiner Sicht mit der Bestnote nur unzureichend bewertet.'

'J'avais une réservation du 2 au 4 octobre 2019 par Hotels.com. A l'arrivée, les deux réceptionnistes m'ont annoncé qu'elles n'avaient pas de réservation à mon nom, et qu'en plus l'hôtel était complet ! La raison ? Nous ne travaillons plus avec Hôtels.com, car nous n'arrivons pas à nous faire payer...et nous ne pouvons pas les appeler non plus. Bien sûr, le responsable n'était pas visible. 'Constats: - A l'arrivée,dans une chambre voisine, porte grande ouverte avec deux personnes mangeant sur le lit. - A l'intérieur, chambre correcte mais odeur désagréables venant venant du côté toilette salle de bain Une heure après on a payé 28€, et on est parti dans un autre Hotel.'

'The staff are bad, don't treat client s properly . i changed 4 rooms, the first room doesn't have wifi, have to beg 2 days to move to next room and staff are so bad and arrogant, one staff shouted at me. 2nd room the door lock doesn't work, so the problem continued until the 4th room. the breakfast is small dry bread with jam, it is shame 5days dry bread with jam!!!!! i will never go there and never recommend to anyone, Hotel Panorama!'
