'I absolutely loved the character of this place. It is very cute and we would stay again. We had an issue with the shower and didn’t have hot water for a period of time on Saturday morning. It was addressed quickly, so we appreciated that. The floors are very squeaky, but as long as you like true character the location is amazing on the “Sweetest Street!” Our bed was very comfortable in the Tin W room and we weren’t at all bothered by street noise. 'Consistent as I have stayed here many times. Most times there were things not available because of leaks, filters not being changed for heat, ac, etc. , but price is good.'

'The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast area was very clean and well organized and the food was very well prepared.'

'The location. It’s close to the highway. The bed is good I had a good night sleep. The only issue I have when I stayed. The water that is coming out the tub and sink is brown. I’m scared to brush my teeth and take a shower with it. I had to run to the gas station to get some bottled water. I’d say the facility have seen better days.'

'Convenient low budget hotel close to interstate highway. Decent stark no frills no breakfast hotel on primary road to Smokie Mountains. Not very nice but you get what you don’t pay for. Is one of many chain hotels at this intersection. We, like others, stayed after attending U of Tn football game. Adequate place, pleasant staff, not bad for price but not really much offered either. '

'We enjoyed our stay. The dollhouse is exactly as picture.. very inviting and cozy. Conveniently located 5 minutes from Main Street, which has a variety of stores and restaurants to visit. Great stay for some much needed rest and relaxation. '
