'The river view from the hotel is gorgeous. The room was really clean and housekeepers were friendly and alert to guests needs. The side of the hotel I was in it’s a bit old. Carpets are old but not a stain on them. Breakfast is included and parking is free. '

'Beautiful apartment. Good location with a great view. Communication wasn't great-- we received no email with instructions and had a little trouble getting in. Also, we were told we must pay the extra fee (in cash, in the room) even though we paid for the room online ahead of time with our US credit card.'

The staff is like floating clueless ghosts and everywhere in the hotel is freezing. The food is also terrible. Nawelpi is certainly not a 5 star hotel. I’d like to meet the person who gave 5 stars to this hotel. At best it’s 3 stars. The indifferent attitude of the staff is unforgivable. In the room, almost nothing works. '
