'Foi otima, equipe muito atenciosa, ambiente agradável, café da manhã bom. Pontos que devem ser melhorados: 1.Internet não pega nos quartos apenas na área social. 2. Na piscina tem um bucal que puxa o cabelo das pessoas, um perigo que pode causar um acidente gravissimo. '

'The staff here are outstanding. We arrived during heavy rain and had booked a glamping room which is not connected to the main hotel. We were offered a chance to stay inside the hotel if we preferred, at the same price. We were shown both rooms before we made a decision, and we chose to stay in the glamping cabin after all (because it was SO cute!). There was a bit of leaking from the windows, and was a bit chillier in parts (the bathroom was cold!), and the alignment on the doors was a bit off,...

'The best view of Villa La Angostura. Family of 5 stayed at a deluxe cabin with a view. Very clean, excellent location if you rent a car, modern and spacious cabin. It had all kitchen utensils and appliances needed for a very comfortable stay. Absolutely recommend! '

'Lovely hotel with amazing views but steep ramps and stairs, and no lifts, could make it challenging for anyone with mobility issues. Staff super helpful. Didnt like the stained sheets - please throw them out and buy new ones!'

'El hotel es hermoso. Habitación moderna y cómodisima con jacuzzi para 2 personas funcionando perfectamente. Vistas hermosas al bosque. La piscina con una temperatura perfecta caliente súper disfrutable. Desayuno justo. Volveríamos sin dudarlo. Tienen algunos muy pequeños detalles a corregir de mantenimiento: alguna cortina rota, extractores de baño no funcionaban, TV con mala señal y alguna luz quemada. '

'Great hotel with view and excellent breakfast. Facilities like the pool could not be used as the pool was dirty. There is a sauna that is good. The beds were comfortable howevr shower area needs maintenance and so does some of the woodwork around thewindows.staff were attentive and helpful. Very close by car to the town of Villa Angostura '

'Fomos muito bem atendidos. O quarto é grande e muito confortável. Ter shampoo e condicionador é maravilhoso, além da qualidade ser excelente. O café da manhã é bom mas poderia ter mais variedades. O horário também não é muito conveniente pois funciona das 8:30 às 10:30. Mas o lugar é lindo e vale a pena a hospedagem. Ah! E há uma parada de ônibus bem pertinho que passa um ônibus a cada hora e leva ao centro de Villa la Angistura. Muito conveniente!!!'
