'Perfect location, but rooms desperately need renovation. No safety deposit, no refrigerator and nowhere to charge your phone, laptop etc.near beds. Only one power outlet on the other side of the room. Very good breakfast but only 1 coffee machine! Staff extremely helpful and friendly!'

'Visiting family before new year. Lovely single room with small en-suite but perfect for me. Everything I needed was available but in the kitchen, required more utensils for cooking. I got takeaway and used what I could, no problem with bowls/plates and kitchen appliances. Great spacious clean kitchen. Lovely place to stay, recommend. '

'Lovely stay, attic room very nice but heating should have been turned on before we arrived on one of the coldest days of the year! It was very cold and took a while to warm up. Otherwise all lovely and breakfast was excellent, staff friendly. A great location for exploring old and new Lincoln! Would revisit '

'Het verblijf is echt geweldig, de eigenaar heel vriendelijk, de bediening tijdens het ontbijt heel correct. maar wat vooral leuk was was de ligging van deze B&B: vlak bij de kathedraal, gewoon 300 meter lopen. En wat ook super was was de gezelligheid van de kamer.'

'We booked the Victorian room for Saturday night stay at short notice just a short time before we arrived. We was immediately sent a welcoming text message with details of where to park and when our earliest check in would be The Host, Iain greeted us on arrival and made us feel very welcome.
