'Everything was quite good. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. The only mark against the experience was that the climate system in the room did not work properly: I couldn't get the fan to work for a little white noise to sleep better.'

'The pillows were not neck-supportive, the hand soap was too strong-smelling for me, and the TV has to be turned on 3 times before the channels work, but other than that, this hotel was great!! BEST staff, so friendly and helpful, gave a late-checkout so we could return post-marathon for a shower, helped with info every time I asked and never sounded annoyed. Very nice, clean facility, comfortable bed!'
