'I was fairly impressed with the location and the access to the lake. The house was as advertised and I was pleasantly surprised by the room available in the kitchen area and the deck. The dock is newer and was great for just sitting and enjoying the view and the sun. The location on the lake was good as there was very little boat traffic in the immediate vicinity. My only concern was the shape of some features in the bathtub and kitchen cupboards. Not a show stopper, but a little annoying. ...

'The house was immaculate. The pool was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. It is a peceful place and that is what we were looking for. Even the fishing was good off the dock! The Evolve project manager was unbelievable. We have stayed at many VRBOs in US Canada and Europe and this is top on our list for a domestic location. 'Everything about our trip was wonderful! The most pet friendly property we've stayed at on Lake Wateree, and we've stayed at several. The femced in area off the back porch makes watching your dogs easy! Home is well kept, and has all the amenities you need. Private boat ramp was very convenient. Friendly neighbors, and good fishing too. Caight several nice catfish and some huge shell crackers. We'll definitely be back!!!'
