'Astana is geweldig, en dit hotel heeft de perfecte ligging, dat had ik vooraf al uitgezocht. De kamer was ruim en comfortabel, het internet in orde, heerlijk bed, ontbijt ook goed en verzorgd. Personeel was niet echt efficiënt, maar het is dan ook geen West Europa. Personeel is verder wel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.'

'Hotel is busy with renovation. We received a recently renoved room, which was really nice Only the bathroom not so big and no hangers enough for the towels. Further all was nice. Breakfast good..only not enough tables..sometimes you have to wait for a place.'

'Well located hotel, large rooms for a good price. There was no housekeeping during my stay. Reception staff is nit very punctual. Sauna and swimming is niot complimentary. '

'This hotel was a delight to stay for two nights. Staff were beyond friendly and helpful. The free shuttle to medeu was an excellent addition. The lodge itself was nice and clean, comfortable and the breakfast delivered to your room was a nice touch. We struggled to get the sauna working on the first night but this was fixed within minutes. The restaurant located on site whilst is aesthetically pleasing is not for everyone’s taste. Room serving options were good though. Overall an enjoyable stay...

'Being a first time visitor from Australia I was helped out by the young man who checked me in. He helped me out with all the local restaurants and other places. Especially encouraged me to try the local horse meat. Great choice. Very friendly staff and great location and well kept hotel. Breakfast was also great value and quality. Highly recommend this place. '
