« It was a cheap and surprisingly good room - for this price I expected scam or hostel. The room looks exactly as on the pic, quite spacious. Bathroom is okay. Shampoo, soap, dental kit, slippers were provided during check-in. Cards payment accepted. No elevator, so 3rd floor is quite a challenge with a 25 kg suitcase. « The hotel is new but service is odd. At the checkout- I was in the rush on my way to airport, the reception desk refused to return my security deposit - asking me to show a receipt from transaction (which I could not find). It was inconvenient. When you put a charge on the credit card- hotel should keep a copy for the record... Overall my room was clean and service team was friendly. »

« The room was very dated, furniture had numerous marks, one outlet did not work in the room. 100+ USD for a three-hour early check-in was charged, definitely not worth it. Sub-par customer service for a sub-par hotel. There are much nicer options in Astana for a similar price point, so I'd advise anyone against the Sheraton. »

« Excellent customer service!! Everyone at the hotel are super helpful and supportive. My mom stayed at the hotel for 8 nights, she needed assistance with ordering transportation, bringing her breakfast to the table, opening doors. She has a broken leg and is forced to use a walker. Every person at the hotel helped her with a smile. Beautiful people! Thank you! I would also like to mention the ease of booking and paying for the hotel. « Average hotel but conveniently located and reasonably priced. I have stayed here numerous times, so I would expect a small mark of recognition after many stays, but it sticks to the bare minimum. The late check-out was appreciated, though. »
