'Location pazzesca sul mare e completa di tutti i servizi. Stanze pulitissime e molto spaziose, cambiavano le lenzuola tutti i giorni! Personale impeccabile. Se devo cercare qualche pecca direi che piccola che il buffet della cena e del pranzo spesso non avevano proposte a me gradite (puro parere personale). Detto questo, se dovessi tornare a Zanzibar sicuramente tornerei al Baobab.'

'The place was beautiful, the staff was amazing and the food was good however, we were given a room that had no working phone even though we booked months in advance. The food tasted great but sometimes the dinner was cold! The noise from the renovations was distracting and the closed off parts of the resort were an inconvenience as we were not able to fully enjoy the property. The staff however was superb!'

'Het verblijf is zeer netjes en proper, alles was naar behoren. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk, te vriendelijk zelfs. Het lijkt alsof ze onder druk werken, ze zijn bang om iets verkeerds te doen. Het strand ziet er geweldig uit, maar echt zwemmen zal niet mogelijk zijn want het zit vol met zee-egels. Het voedsel was lekker en er was ook genoeg variatie. Al bij al hebben we veel genoten van ons verblijf. Voor iemand die naar Zanzibar wilt gaan is dit hotel zeker een aanrader.'

'Real personal vibe, because it’s a cozy little resort. Beautiful beach and sea does Kiwengwa have! And the dinners are a very good 4 course meal of your choosing between 2 options for each course. Also we think that the central location is perfect. Everything north and south of the island is reacheable in under 1 hour by car.'

'This is a great value resort with lovely staff right on a beautiful stretch of beach. The spa is amazing. The food is a bit hit and miss but we still dined here every night so it’s not terrible. The photos don’t really do it justice. '
