Also, the way to enter the building and room was complicated and relies too much on your phone working. Whished there was a code for the entrance door and your room - in case your phone dies. '

'The address listed is not the address you'll be staying in. It's a big company that has a bunch of properties under vision apartments. That being said, I was not contacted in advance to send my passport information before arrival. There is no "front desk" service, but it does state that you have to send your information beforehand. Since i booked through Expedia and there was no way of contacting the company, i had to call Expedia when i was overseas to get help for this. To save all of you...
