'I've stayed here before but this room was much smaller. It is a very nice hotel with many conveniences although the coffee shop was not open when posted. It is connected to many shops and the link system allows for indoor walking to adjoining hotels and shops. Everything closes earlier than I would have preferred though.'

'Sink in first room was blocked. There was a crack with sink too. Front desk changed a room for us. Overall, it was uneventful stay. '

'Overall, pretty good stay. Not specifically family friendly as pool is outside and not accessible during colder weather. We stayed 3 nights and was surprised we had housekeeping on day 2. It was a nice surprise but because we didn't anticipate it we would have put a few more things up and my daughter's slippers ended up accidently being taken by housekeeping because they were in the blankets. Housekeeping did have them packaged up and gave them back quickly when we inquired at the front desk....

'Front desk was amazing! She overheard me surprise my daughter for an overnight stay and saw my daughter excited about the pool. She was very happy when she told my daughter that our room overlooked the pool area. She made my daughters day with that!!'
