'Very well maintained. Good location staff friendly. Very nice breakfast with lots of options buffet style. Nice hot shower glass front walk in. Did not like that they had no bed protectors or mattress pads. Was not clean behind couch that is left pulled out from wall all mirrors were large and beautiful, but they were dirty. Large wall window with no way of opening, so if you like fresh air not the plsce for you. Heating and cooling unit sits very close to bed so temperature control is difficult...

'Everything about this hotel is perfect! If you get a chance ask for the 3rd floor! The aviation displays are such a perfect touch. The rooms are stylish and spotless. Staff is amazing!'

'The iron was scorched and of course could not be used. However, the front desk replaced it with a new one. Sometimes when I walked to the desk there was no one available without calling aloud for assistance.'

'I always stay here when passing through KC, nice and clean hotel! Only problem was that the room was super hot and stuffy because the fan only blew out really hot ai, so it was a sweaty and uncomfortable nights sleep '
