'Excellent place!'

'Incredible place!! We went to Bella Vista Lodge to rest from a month trio around Uganda. And it has been our little oasis. The food was great, with different options (lagsane, salad, pasta, pizza, meat...). The room were awsome. We stayed in a room with a balcony to the lake. We had lunch there. We really have to thank to Francis, the manager and all the staff. They are all of them incredibly heloful and nice. They made our stay perfect. Ah!! And it has git a swimming pool!'

'Il Lodge è in una bellissima posizione, con vista splendida sul lago, molto belle le parti comuni in stile coloniale. Le camere standard decisamente basiche, molto meglio i family cottage. Infatti ce le siamo fatte cambiare! Buono il ristorante x cena e colazione, anche se devi ordinare con gran anticipo, nonostante fossimo gli unici clienti! Purtroppo essendo un eco lodge, scarsa illuminazione in camera, acqua appena tiepida e impossibilità di caricare tutti gli apparecchi elettronici, ma...

'The staff need some hotel management education. No one seemed to know what they were doing. The dinner they had to go get somewhere else took over two and a half hours to arrive. By that time I was in bed. I wanted a glass of whisky but they would only sell me the whole bottle... just weird.'

'Hotel was nice enough but extremely hard to get to. It is the rainy season in Uganda and the dirt roads were tough. Also to get to the hotel you have to climb a lot of stairs so not for anyone who has mobility issues. Final note they had removed all mosquito nets we think a bit prematurely '

'The staff were very friendly and helpful. there was obviously something very wrong in the kitchen as waiting time for food was over two hours. No explanations were given - it would have been much better to inform of the real situation rather than to keep pomisising'
