"We had an absolutely lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely kind and helpful- they helped us book all of Halong Bay Tour. Sapa Tour and Ninh Binh tour and our transport in Hanoi and answered all questions we had about Hanoi and travel in Vietnam. The front desk is available 24/24 for whatever you need. The room itself was beautiful, extremely clean with great AC and Everyone who worked there were gracious, readily available, and made us feel right at home. - kind and helpful staff - beautiful, extremely clean room with great AC."

"Geweldig hotel in het centrum van de stad.Geluidsdichte kamers wat zeer goed is in de luide stad.Zeer goed bed en airco.heel tof rooftopterras.Uitgebreid ontbijt met extra kaart waar je omelet en pannekoeken enz gratis kon bijbestellen..De service is fantastisch..het personeel supervriendelijk!! Dit is een geweldige oase van rust in het drukke centum..dikke proficiat voor gans het team!! Johan en micheline."

"The hotel is located in a very strategic location in Hanoi. There are shops, banks and restaurants everywhere within walking distance. Even if it was along the main road, we still had a very peaceful and comfortable sleep. Their beds and pillows were really good. All the staff were extremely helpful, accommodating and reliable. They will help you as much as they can. Their buffet breakfast was average. The hotel has an elevator in case guests are tired after a day of walking. Overall, I would highly recommend staying in this hotel in Hanoi. :)"
