'No accommodation in Georgetown is worth what they charge. This hotel was not terrible - I would consider it average. Room was ok, breakfast was plentiful if not particularly appealing. Rooms are not cleaned at all during a 5 day stay and you have to dispose of your own trash. Customer service in Guyana in general leaves a lot to be desired so don’t expect much. 'With the exception of the loud music coming from multiple day visitors the property was well maintained over the years… last visited 20 years ago. The staff were friendly and very helpful, food and ambience was top shelf compared to the other resorts and hotels in Georgetown. Add this to your list when visiting Guyana. '
