We had an age range of kids with us 8 months- 12 years old and was looking for something close to go hang out at the lake, but also close enough to walk home when needed. This place was perfect. We enjoyed the full wrap around patios, fire pit, and volleyball court! Great place'

'This house was perfect. It was big enough for all 24 of us. I have 5 children and 13 grandkids. It was a great layout with the split game room and living room. Kids playing in the game room and the rest of us having adult conversations in the living room. Had a couple of issues come up and was handled immediately. (only reason I gave the location a 4 was because it wasn't lakeside.LOL) I really had no complaints.'

'We had a short family get together! The house was perfect for it. Great kitchen and large family room with plenty of seating and enough room for everyone to have their own space. Great outside area pretty close to the lake. Unfortunately due to all the rain lately the lake level was up and the sandy beach was covered up with water. We were able to go a mile down the road and rent a boat to get out on the lake. It was so easy to reserve and Kelly the host was always available for questions it was...

'12 of us -- 3 generations -- enjoyed the house for a long weekend. The kids braved the pool, while the adults stuck to the hot tub (weather was cool). Trips to the pond and "barn," and a guest house for those of us who enjoyed quiet while the others whooped it up in the main house. Would definitely return for another Dallas-area stay. Host was exceptionally accommodating and helpful.'

'The owners were very responsive to everything we needed. We were in town for a company event and I booked because of the 7 bedrooms. The property worked for us but it’s definitely more of an event location. If you are looking for a nicer feel more like a home this isn’t for you but for large groups and events it would be fine.'
