'Pros: area around the hotel appeared safe and quiet. Staff was courteous and friendly. Breakfast was good and had all the basics one would want. The lobby was up to date. The bedroom was spacious. Cons: The room appeared clean, but it did have a smell. We only stayed one night and so we felt we could tolerate it. It’s possible that we could’ve moved to another room, but we just didn’t have time to make a room switch. We wanted to go for a swim in the indoor pool but water was freezing cold....

'Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kaner was in goede staat. Alleen op de badkamer lag nog wat vuilnis van het vorige verblijf en er lagen meerdere haren. Voor de rest zeer netjes!'

'It's beautifully situated on Lake Hamilton. Great views! Clean hotel. The location was a great home base to do local travelling. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.'
