'Nice hotel with friendly staff. Be better if the in room mini bar had some non-alcoholic drinks in it. During my stay there was a fire alarm activation in the morning, there were no staff outside the building communicating with those guests who actually evacuated the building, which would have been useful. As it was guests were going back inside the building before an all clear had been given. and as the hotel has some open balconies visible from the street it was clear that a number of guests...

'The rooms were well organized, clean and had the space as described. The beds were very comfortable. And my child (10yo) stayed free as she shared a bed with us. She was also given a small bag of amenities with her own slippers as well! The staff were very helpful and they were also able to hold a few of our luggage just over a week as we travelled into central/southern Kyushu before returning for another stay back in Fukuoka. This helped immensely. Location was also great, roughly 10 min walk...

'The hotel situates in city centre. Many tourist points can be reached within 30 minutes walk or 12 minutes by car. The room is small as expected but it is clean. Staff are friendly and helpful.'

'Due to traveling through Asia just booked for 1 night. I was already quite fond when looking for a hotel but my expectations were met. Friendly kind and helpful staff Very nice hygienic rooms Beautiful view from the room The staff even provided me a map of Fukuoka and helped me navigate my way from the hotel to the airport and which busses to take. I wished I stayed a bit longer in the city itself but I will be back one day.'
