'My wife and I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus in Gadsden, AL, and had a wonderful, warm, comfortable stay after a long drive during the recent winter storm. 'The room was nice. Linens smelled fresh. The only complaint I would have would be the shower. The shower facet was horrible. The water just sprayed everywhere. Little water pressure. Staff was nice and the breakfast was good. It is off the interstate so you do hear that traffic at night. '

'The hotel was on very bad shape. On top of that, the rooms were filthy. The first room I got, had a variety of foodrests on the floor, from meats to fruits. Also the curtains were torn. I complained and got a new room, which should be better. It was a little better but still unacceptable filthy. The lady behind the desk was genuinely nice and apologized.
