'Staff was super friendly. Very good price. Room was very noisy. You can hear your neighbours very well (coughing, tv and crying child). Airconditioning makes to much sound (100 dbel). Is not located in the centre (40 minutes walk). Breakfast is not good (everything dry/not fresh)'

'There is absolutely nothing negative about this place! It’s so beautiful and very well maintained. There is only 2 floors no elevator because it’s very antique everything from the floors the walls are so beautiful the room we had was on the 2nd floor it was so beautiful and the bathroom are updated. The service is amazing! The breakfast is very fresh no buffet they prepare it for you. I absolutely love this place and will definitely go back many more times to stay!! Thank you all so much!! '

'NaturHotel is very beautiful and totally a game changer in the hotel category. Such a beautiful place, scenery and if you come to relax in Cuenca, Ecuador; a must see place to stay.. However, here are just some flaws.. service request takes forever to come. There are only a few units so the service should be fast. I understand that the concept is “one with nature”, at least put a mirror?! It was a good stay.. would i come back? Yes! Just don’t expect too much..'

'Keurig hotel. Mooie ruime kamer met kingsize bed. Fantastisch goede douche. Lekker ontbijt. Op loopafstand van het busstation en de interessante plaatsen in de stad. Rustig!'

'In the center and walking distance to everything. The only downside is that if you are a light sleeper and planning on going during the weekend, good luck. There is a rooftop nearby that plays music on the weekends loudly. Aside from that, the staff was really helpful. '
