'Our stay was lovely- until the end. As we were loading our car to leave someone stole my ski poles from the lobby inside. Furthermore- none of the employees seemed to care! They acted like it was no big deal! The poles were with another set of poles as well as a few pieces of luggage. My husband was loading the car so they were only inside the lobby for a few minutes- a terrible end to our stay...'
