'I am super impressed with hotel staff, they were very friendly and helpful. Although the room specifically bathroom needs some uplifting, the staff made our stay very pleasant by changing our room. I would like to appreciate Adil and team from Restaurant for taking excellent care of our needs. The breakfast buffet had a variety of delicacies and love the freshly made tea.'

'Beautiful heritage hotel, with efficient, courteous staff, and great dining options. The kebabs were amazing and the bartender was very accommodating and made us a hot toddy for my wife. Lucknowi hospitality is in full flow here. Only callout would be for older people with bad knees, there may be some steps to navigate because of the multi-level structure.'

'Very centrally located from all four direction in term of transportation, grand and spacious. Best in affordable with quality. The best part is breakfast place and breakfast itself. Value for money. I booked for one night with booking .com at cheaper price but stayed at higher price on second night. Since response from booking .com is slow to booked another night '

'The property is bit old but well kept and quite spacious. I was glad to be upgraded to higher category room on a recently done up floor. The bed was very nice good for proper sleep. The only complaint I have is that although my package included one way air transport, hotel did not honor it and advised me to approach Hotels.com. which I did not know how to do. '
