'Lovely hotel we stayed in the family room with a balcony. Very spacious and clean. Loved the location of being outside of the town so it was quiet but a 2minute walk to everything. The breakfast was lovely, especially the eggs Benedict. Parking was free and had a space for every room. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back.'

'Nice comfortable stay. Breakfast was average no complaints. Room was comfortable and location was great. Although good for us a disability would make this difficult as the hotel is at the top of a steep hill. But overall it was really nice for us.'

'A lovely quintessential country hotel with a very welcome roaring log fire in the main reception area A slight markdown for accessibility especially up to the top floor which is I guess down to the gate of the building. We had a very comfortable stay and would book again'
