'I had a lovely stay in The Reef - what a beautiful place! Very nice rooms, fine breakfast, very warm and friendly staff, and very easy access to great snorkeling. One point of attention - when the staff orders a taxi, they automatically order a luxury taxi which is double as expensive as a white taxi. As you need to pay taxis with cash, this can lead to a negative surprise when you are low on cash (for me, on my trip to the airport going back)'

'leuk resort, beetje afgelegen en eromheen weinig te doen, hadden een villa met eigen dipool, beetje anti gedateerd interieur, zeker geen 5 sterren waardig, strand, zwembad, en eten daar in tegen top. Restaurant ramen waren te vies om naar buiten te kijken aan de zeekant, eindconclusie te veel geld voor dit resort. 5 sterren waardig? Nee, dat zeker niet maar wel 4 sterren...'

'Don't stay at this hotel if you only plan to stay overnight and can't arrive early to check-in and leave early the next morning like what we did. Despite our rather short stay, we were able to celebrate my dad's birthday in a memorable way. We even got a complimentary cake! My parents loved their room and so did my brother and cousin. Our room was spacious enough for our curious one year old and our 10 year old son. Wide variety of choices in their breakfast buffet and they even packed...

'When we arrived the bell guys were very very friendly, the front desk ladies however can improve their hospetality skills. There are lots of screaming children everywhere in the hotel. Room was nice but the balcony had only room for 1 person? Breakfast options were nice but the smell was horrible. It smelled like a someone was having cheese fondue with raw fish. Not really pleasant, especially not when you jusk woke up. Restaurant for lunch took a very long time and sometimes they forgot to...

'My room on first glance was nice, but then i saw how dorty things were. Lamps hadnt been dusted, tub was really old and had black mildew on edge. The shower head leaked everywhere and the toilet wouldnt flush. The bed linens and towels were nice quality and beautifully clean. For just overnight the hotel was fine and so convenient to the airport.'

'Excellent! Beautiful location, quiet en friendly staff. The food was delicious. We went to this resort last February (2019), to vist our family in Tagbilaran for the first time. The staff was so friendly, we hadn't met friendly staff like they was before. We visited the Islands on the east side of the Mactan Island by boatrip. We also went to the Panglao Island by ferry from Cebu, keep in mind that i will take a half day to come there. Outside the resort was a lot of traffic and real Philippines...
