'I liked this property very much! The staff were so kind and accommodating. As a woman traveling alone, safety was the most important quality I was considering when booking a hotel, and this one lived up to its reputation and even surpassed it. I felt very safe and comfortable the entire visit. Many thanks to the kind staff.'

'The hotel is in a great location but also was very quiet. The room was clean and comfortable. The best part of the experience was the service from the manager and Estelle, an employee at the front desk. They were both the sweetest and very helpful in giving recommendations and negotiating with the moto taxis. '

'The hotel is nicely renovated with comfortable rooms. The price level is relatively high and the service in the hotel does not match the price level at all. One great lady at the reception, for the rest lots of guys in suits doing nothing and unable to help out in peak periods. Food is mediocre and the cleaning crew do their work during peak (breakfast, lunch etc.) periods. Was there for two nights and got two very annoying phone calls on what time I was planning to check out. '
