'Für kurze Erholung Nähe Manila sehr gut. Lage direkt am Wasser. Restaurant Frühstück, Lunch und Dinner schrecklich. Keine frischen Speisen, alte Fertigpizza, Weine die auf der Karte stehen alle ausverkauft. Unfreundliches Personal im Restaurant. Man hat sich nicht Willkommen gefühlt und den Eindruck man steht kurz vor der Pleite. Aus der Küche gab es wohl nur Restbestände. Ich war vor 1,5 Jahren schon einmal da und da war alles sehr gut. '

'The place was beautiful, so much greenery and such a spacious, lush area. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Dennis was amazing and made efforts to help us with what we needed! Breakfast at the cafe was great at the Evergreen. The food at One Fishing Place Floating restaurant was decent, but wasn’t too appetizing. However, I would say the staff made the stay memorable. Will definitely come back!'

'While the property has beautiful views of Taygaytay lake, the hotel was empty on arrival and it seemed that they were not expecting any guests at the time. While I understand checkin was 3pm and we arrived around noon, it was fairly disappointing that on an empty hotel they were no able to accomodate us for early checkin which wasn't even early at all. We had to wait until 3pm to be able to check in. The rooms while they are okay they are not as nice as pictured. Also the passage ways are right...

'The hotel is clean and our stay was convenient. The view from our room was breathtaking! Their breakfast buffet was excellent. Front desk would have done a better job by explaining about the amenities. We didnt know that breakfast was included. They also didnt know that the spa was closed during our stay which is unfortunate because my wife and sister wanted to pamper themselves that day. The lobby and hallways smelled bad like there’s mold but Im sure that they’ve already addressed this. ...

'This place is perfect. Relaxing and customer service is fantastic. Struggled with the food choices. Its not the best tasting and because its very secluded and there are no other restaurants in the area its really hard to find food choices. Basically lived on french fries as that is the only thing that interest me. But the facilities and how awesome this hotel surpasses the food problem we had. I would definitely go back to this hotel. Probably one of my favourite hotel. '

'This hotel can’t cost 110 usd (price I paid for one night). Terrible experience with very noisy air conditioner, very small and unconformable room and breakfast with very limited chose to 1 pancake and 1 egg.. if you want more, pay extra. Never seen like that in my experience before.. '
