'I cannot imagine my wedding weekend being more amazing than it was and I'm delighted to have been able to hold it at Mark's property. The property is beautiful and the scenery is amazing for photos. From start to finish Mark was communicative and helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. He had a few renovations done before our check-in time and communicated with me each step of the way. He's a very sweet host, very accommodating and willing to go above and beyond to make your stay...

'Great hosts, quiet, good neighborhood '

'This was a beautiful home and very spacious. The location was nice and convenient to everything. The chairs and barstools were loose and needed to be tighten. Also, the water doesn't stay hot long, even when no-one else was using it. Other than those two things, everything was great. House was well stocked with all necessities, which was new for me because other homes ive rented.'

'The property was amazing and there was a firepit right down next to the stream that was wonderful. There was also a TeePee on the property that the grandchildren would love.'

'The cabin was well suited for our big group of friends. The big hot tub, basketball court, volleyball court, and the river provided us with lots to do outside on top of the spacious inside area. The house was well stocked with kitchen items and lots of beds. No regular, unbroken ping pong balls were available though.'

'We stopped here for a few days over Christmas to break up a long drive. House was relaxing with great views. Neighborhood was great for walks with the dogs. No complaints!!'

'We have really enjoyed our stay here and I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a mountain stay. The owners, are fantastic, and have gone above and beyond with all the little touches. Even a light show in the woods at night. Pool table, darts, huge connect four game, Nintendo Wii, a piano, hot tub, fire pit, a fenced dog area, and deer. Lots of deer 🦌 After seeing the deer pictures online, of course I packed some treats! Deer corn, a bag of alfalfa hay, some Bermuda pellets,...

'House was a bit outdated and needed to be refreshed. Entryway needed paint, there were a few broken shelves and theatre room had and odor. Beds were VERY hard and bathrooms needed an update. Pool and kitchen were beautiful. House was huge and doors were a bit tricky to lock. Host was very accommodating and responded quickly. Overall experience was good.'

'Beautiful, peaceful, and playful place to stay. We spent most of our time outdoors enjoying the hydro bikes, kayaks, and canoes. The smokeless fire pit and hot tub were added fun for the whole family. Oh and let’s not forget all the arcade games & darts. It was also nice to be 1 hour from all kinds of places to visit. We did Amicalola Falls State Park, Six Flags, and Atlantic Square. Can’t wait to come back.'

'From the gorgeously furnished living rooms, to the whimsical details in the TWO basement level bars, to the resort-quality pool and the comfortable beds and bathrooms, this was the best experience we've ever had renting a property! Wait, don't forget the incredibly well-stocked kitchen, butler's pantry and dining room! And the comfy "gentleman's lounge". And the pool house BBQ...Not a single thing was overlooked, and the property manager was immediately available at all times to answer...
