'Good location '

'This is a no frills hotel. I am not sure if it was a language issue or a cultural issue, but none of my requests were met. I asked for a wake up call. It never came. I asked for a taxi to be called, I ended up having to catch one on my own on the street. The hotel is a few blocks from an ATM and super market. Places to eat are a bit further away. Once I was shown how the television worked, it operated fine.'

'Did not get the Kingsize bed I paid for. Frontdesk charged 100KWD to my creditcard instead of making reservation of 100KWD (so I need to hope I get the difference back). Took 15m to retrieve my trolley that was only 5m away as they lack frontdesk staff. Restaurant was good with friendly staff.'

'ITs Kuwait City - it is HOT! Easy access to running trancks and gardens. The running track has water coolers and mist sprays overhead. The Four Seasons is 2km away and the food there is fantastic. The meals at the SwissBelInn were excellent and local. Staff were great and I will definitely be staying there again in the future.'
