'This is an exceptional property, beautifully restored from a sprawling 17th century Catalan farmhouse. The couple that run it are very engaging and helpful and the food, prepared by the husband, is simply outstanding. It is very much in the country and a great place to relax and disconnect, which was what we wanted from the experience. If you want a more urban experience, this is not the place for you, but we just loved it. It was stunning.'

'Daniel was a wonderful host and chef. The personal attention was a treat, as were the meals. The core of the place is Medieval (maybe 12th-14th century) yet the rooms are modern and comfortable. We loved our stay!'

On se sent chez nous au bout de quelques minutes. Il manque juste peut-être une cafetière ou bouilloire dans la chambre.'

'We had a wondeful 3- night-stay in this amazing authentic Catalan house. We loved how all the details in the house represent traditions and history. Marta and Viktor were amazing making sure we had all we needed. Figueres is a 25 minute drive and other sights are also a short driving from the house. We absolutely recommend staying here and hopefully we will return one day.'

'La Masía és genuina. El entorno es especial, con mucho encanto. El propietario prepara unas cenas y almuerzos tradicionales de la zona de Catalunya, con mucho esmero y productos naturales. Las sensaciones y vibras son muy agradables, si lo que deseas es notar como si vivieras en un ambiente rural en Invierno.: llar de foc, olores del campo , tranquilidad, relax. En fin tener una experiencia para desconectarse del trajín habitual, a los que vivimos en las ciudades. '

'Habitaciones rurales y retiradas. En mi caso, la habitación grande, pero poco práctica (solo podías estar echado en la cama). No tenía una mesa para apoyar un portátil o apoyar un plato para cenar en la habitación. La casa rural está bien para estar en pleno campo. Zona muy tranquila y rodeada de animales. En mi caso, lo mejor el desayuno.'

'Aan de buitenkant lijkt het een mooi hotel. Zodra we de kamer binnen waren viel het tegen. De toilet zat onder de haren, de verwarming draaide op volle toeren terwijl het al 23 graden was. Verder hadden we een wifi code, maar dit konden we alleen gebruik op de begane grond want anders hadden we geen bereik. Wel is het dichtbij het uitgaan gedeelte en het strand. Er was ook een keukentje aanwezig, maar de pannen waren niet schoon en de kookpitten werkte maar half. Verder was de eigenaar niet...
