'Teníamos el apartamento reservado para semana santa 2022, habiendo viajado desde desde Barcelona. Tras haber recibido mail de confirmación, haberse cobrado la estancia, etc.. al ponernos en contacto con la propietaria 30 minutos antes de la hora de entrada nos indicó que el apartamento estaba ocupado y no lo había gestionado desde esta plataforma, por lo que nos quedamos sin alojamiento. Experiencia pésima, en la que ni la aplicación ni la propietaria asumieron ningún tipo de responsabilidad....

'100% fantastic!!! Couldn't be better! Robert and Terri are lovely hosts - sent recommendations before we arrived and showed us all around the property once we got there. They also thought of the small touches, like the coffee set-up in the upstairs lounge, or the oranges and juicer in the kitchen. Location was great. 'Very well maintained house, spotlessly clean. Very friendly and welcoming host. Great house which has everything you need and a lovely garden. We had a wonderful stay there and made visits to cities of Bilbao and Vitoria-Gasteiz which are both at short distance. The Gorbeia natural park is so nearby and a great place for hikes. Bakery, groceries and a couple of restaurants are at walking distance from the house. Highly recommended house and area!'

'La casa está muy cuidada, hasta el ultimo detalle. Calefacción y aire acondicionado funcionando a la perfección. Solemos coger apartamentos como para vacaciones y este tiene muchos mensaje, se agradece. Por ponerle un pero la cama nido no es para adultos, los colchones son muy finos. El contacto con el anfitrión ha sido perfecto, el día de la llegada no funcionaba la caldera, los avisamos y no habían pasado ni 10 minutos y ya estaban en casa solucionado el problema.'
