'I live in Camden in southern Arkansas and my children and their families are in North West Arkansas. I am recently widowed and enjoyed an extended visit over the holidays while staying at this property. The location was awesome and the property was beautiful and in a great location. '

'Property was perfect for two. Hosts were immediately responsive. But, definitely a no frills rental in a great location. Just a glimpse of Dickson St. without the noise. It would have been nice to have a morning’s worth of coffee pods, for example. We were instructed to bring our own but we forgot! The bed was very comfortable! All in all, definitely 4 stars, but not quite 5.'

'My son and I traveled to Fayetteville to visit my daughter at UArk. The location of this condo is unbeatable, loved the interiors, the well-planned layout, and the safety of the building. My son took the couch which was comfy, but wish there was a blow up mattress or something. Not a hindrance by any means. Planning to book again!'

The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were super comfortable (very important to us). Great place to stay and would definitely recommend.'
