'Très bon séjour dans la villa et le lotissement. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et de l'ensemble des commmodités de la villa. Située à quelques pas de la ville, nous pouvions nous y rendre à pied. La villa est aussi assez proche des commerces. Nous avons apprécié la douche extérieure ainsi que le local pour rincer les affaires de plongées. Cuisine très correctement équipée afin de préparer nos repas.'

'Het was een geweldig huis, comfortabel verzorgd sfeervol. Hartelijke gastvrouw. En bovenal een geweldige ligging aan de kust met prachtig koraal en veel gevarieerde en kleurrijke hoeveelheid vissen. Zo vanuit je bed kunnen snorkelen, zwemmen, zonnen: wat een luxe! Een onvergetelijke vakantie!'

'The hosts of this property thought of everything. The accomodations had a full kichen with everything we needed. Plenty of fresh towels were ready if we needed them. Bedrooms were airconditioned and beds were comfortable. Communication was easy. The property was well maintained and we felt safe. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Bonaire! '

'Bij aankomst stond Arnold ons op te wachten. Voordat ik en mij dochter naar Bonaire gingen kregen wij ook steeds fijne berichten en goede informatie van de eigenaars. Je zou Arnold zien als een beheerder van het huisje. Echter hij is veel meer. Een en al hartelijkheid, verbintenis, hulpvaardigheid en gastvrijheid. Ook de locatie: de buren zijn hartelijk, omdat je op Kaya America er direct naast woont. Het zwembad is lekker om af te koelen na een lange stranddag of gewoon lekker te luieren...

'Wat een prachtig huis en mooie buurt! heerlijk 4 weken mogen genieten in dit huis, wat al heel snel als een thuis voelde. Voorzien van alle gemakken maakte dit huis een perfecte vakantie. Al 5 keer eerder geweest, maar dit huis was het beste. We komen graag nog eens terug. Dank Zwaantje voor alle zorgen en altijd snelle antwoorden bij vragen.'

'Our group of divers really enjoyed this property and location…beach is right there for you to dive into, the pool is beautiful and clean and the location to all the great dive sites made this rental a 10 for us! The management team was quick to respond and very friendly! They took care of any issues or kitchen items we needed and were very prompt and professional. Two thumbs up and a 10 for this property!'

'My husband and I and our daughter had a wonderful time at the apartment. It was exactly as the description and pictures were shown on the website. The backyard was awesome. We had breakfast every day on the patio and after we got home from dinner, we would sit and talk out there as well. After coming home from the beach, we would hang out in the pool. 'This was our 7th trip to Bonaire, January 2025, and our first return to the island since January 2020, just prior the pandemic. On our prior visits we have rented villas, apartments and large private homes, this was our second rental in Belnem.Rodney, Christa and their sweet Whoodle dog, Chloe, were the perfect hosts, currently living across the street from this house, and Rodney freely shares his comprehensive knowledge of everything on Bonaire from snorkeling/diving to the most current...

'The property is in an excellent location for everything! Walking distance to great restaurants, walks by the water, snorkeling, etc. The 2 bedroom apartment where we stayed was lovely! The hostess, Grettja was so helpful, so kind! We will go back just to see her!!'

'Kitchen was well stocked, spacious rooms, washer, nice neighbors, management was very responsive and the view can't be beat! Only 10 minute drive to our windsurf beach and within walking distance to the gym. Great property! '

'Rodney is an amazing host. He was very helpful and responsive to all our needs. He was quick to answer any questions we had (both before and after we arrived in Bonaire). The house was well equipped and in close proximity to beaches. He also has a nice pool which is great for a quick dip after snorkeling. His place is on the south side of the island, about 5 minute drive to the airport and 10 minutes to Kralindijk. The only reason we rated the location with 4 stars was because the place...

'We stayed at the Belnem Residence over New Years Eve. We typically always stay in Belnem as the location is great for easy access to town but not as busy. We also enjoy the southern dive sites & access to the east side. The condos and pool were clean. We had what we needed to cook most of our meals.Overall a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend!'

"We hebben een fijne vakantie gehad in een zeer mooi huisje met privé zwembad. Personeel is vriendelijk en als er iets is staan ze binnen no-time voor de deur. Grote tuin met zon en schaduw plekken. Het eten aan de overkant bij Windsock zeker aan te bevelen met zeer vriendelijk personeel en een mooie snorkelplek."

Heel fijne, ruimtelijke villa!

"Met de hele familie (14pers) hier verbleven ter gelegenheid van ons huwelijk op Bonaire. Heel fijne tijd gehad! Grote, ruime kamers met een prettige inrichting. Super mooie buitenruimte en heerlijk uitzicht. Balkon is geweldig. De master bedroom is enorm, met inloopkast, dubbele douche en bad. Kidspool was perfect voor de kleine, met veel schaduw. Grote keuken van alles voorzien. Voldoende ruimte om 4 auto's te parkeren. Om met 14 personen te dineren is er wel wat verplaatsing van meubilair nodig."

"Het begint al prima met de hartelijke ontvangst op de luchthaven. Daarna een grondige rondleiding van deze prachtige villa. De eerste ochtend wakker worden met het geluid van de golven en de meeuwen en het prachtig zicht op de karbies is onvergetelijk. Dit is een absolute aanrader voor wie houdt van luxe en rust. Prijs Veel interessanter dan een hotel. Absolute aanrader."
