'The unit we had was on the 3rd floor but since the elevator was temporarily out of service, Andre, the manager carried our bags up for us. He was most accommodating. He hand the night assistant, Phillipe is also very helpful. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and there is free parking at the Convento Sao Francisco is a short 5 min walk away and it is open from 7am to Midnight so we parked our car there and either walked or took cabs to any place we wanted. 'What I like was the location, it was directly near a square with restaurants and shops. Although it was directly at the square we weren't troubled by any noice. What we didn't like was the state of the bathroom, the ceiling was full of mold. Also the silicant sealants in the bathroom were very 'moldy'. The floor of the room was clean but the skirting boards were dirty and full of dust. Actually I can't complain cause the price was only €51. That is very cheap and this is what I can get for this...
