'Nous avons passé trois jours dans cet appartement tout neuf et agencé avec goût. Tout est conforme à l’annonce et même plus. 'This is a charming, up to date gite in an ideal location, 3 km from Eymet, a wonderful small village in Dordogne. It is hard to get a sense of just how peaceful the location is from the photos, but we greatly enjoyed our stay. Michael and Donna were great hosts. I only wish we could have stayed longer than the 6 nights we were there. '

'Belle gîte honoured its name: within an old farmhouse this gîte was charmingly set and furbished, with access to beautiful terrace under high roof where we relaxed every night and during daytime as well. The pool is in the back garden with view on vineyards and surrounding area. Hosts Simon and Cheryl are wonderful, around and available if needed, warm and positive attitude. Peaceful area full of vineyards.'

'We were looking for a large house to stay in and it didn't disappoint. Large bedrooms with adjacent bathrooms were very handy. And the kitchen comes well equipped. A very big garden and lovely swimmingpool. Communication with the owner was reliable, clear and fast. The only "problem" we had was with this VRBO platform. There are no reminder mails to pay (luckily I saw it on time) and payment doesn't go smoothly. But that has nothing to do with the house. We had a fun holiday!'

'We loved this property. Probably one of the best we’ve stayed at. Supermarkets were a 15 min drive, as was the nearest (open!) boulangerie in Castillionnes. The house had everything we needed. Beautifully clean and comfortable. Fans in the main house bedrooms for warm nights and my parents had A/C in the pigeonnair. The pool was fabulous, much needed in the summer sun. 'We enjoyed our stay in Duras. We were warmly welcomed by our hosts. The appartment is nicely cool, a plus when it is very warm in the daytime. The appartment is spacious and well equiped. Duras is a good starting point for daytrips to the beautiful bastides in the region. In all, a positive experience.'

'Nous avons passé une super semaine dans la maison de Christian. La maison sur deux étages est sublime et décorée avec goût. Les pièces sont immenses. Le jardin et la piscine sont également très agréables et le tout est totalement isolé dans la campagne. André et Brigitte qui nous ont accueillis et qui habitent le village sont adorables.'
