Expedia and the Inn failed to advise visitors of significant property issues on the websites. Shame on you both. While I have complained of these misrepresentations no adjustments were made to my booking and THE WEBSITES REMAIN UNCORRECTED AND MISLEADING in my opinion.'

'Het is een prachtig oud hotel, je voelt je terug in de tijd. Het hotel is uit 1925! In vergelijking met andere amerikaanse hotels is het een goed ontbijt. De receptionist was heel vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Vriendelijke schoonmaaksters ook. Het bed was heel erg doorgezakt en de douche had een dunne straal. Het strand is prachtig met de pier. In november is het een soort van uitgestorven. Er is geen bruisend gebeuren.'

'In the lobby it already smelled like cigarettesmoke. The first room we were offered was in a strange corner with cigarettebuds en jointbuds (marihuana). Too us, it looked like the least attractive room they had. We asked for another room, but there black mould on the ceiling and it was too humid (our clothes were moist the next day). And in the front of this room there were even more cigarettebuds. There was no waterpressure on the shower and the towels had black spots on them. We paid about...

'This property is dated and in need of some renovation. It is perfectly located on Neptune Beach with walkable restaurants. There is no view of the beach from the first floor, and I suspect not the second floor, either, but it’s a short walk through the dunes to the beach.
