'The home is cosy and the host is super friendly. However, there is not a really third room but a single sofa bed which is not comfortable. Also, the host is living downstairs and will occasionally give you some advice when necessary. '

'The listing claims 5 bedrooms and 7 beds. THIS IS A LIE! The house has 4 bedrooms and 5 beds. Host was argumentative and unwilling to make things right by me and my team some of which had to sleep on couches. Host texted morning of check out and told us to leave by 10am when the listing says 11am. The house is old and outdated. Worst experience EVER!!!Do not rent from this liar. '

'Nice house, nice neighborhood. House worked well for 6 people, was clean & roomy. Would have appreciated knowing ahead of time that washer/dryer were shared with manager. Thank goodness garage worked, as street not available for a minivan. We forgot to point out neither coffee maker did not work. Did request living room lamp be fixed, but it didn’t happen. Not enough lighting in the living room. Vicky was quite pleasant.'

'This is the best propery to stay in the San Francisco Area. We had a wonderful experience with everything this property had to offer. Location, cleanliness, comfort, host everything was top notch.Everything about this place deserves a 5 star rating. If you are planning a vacation stay in San Francisco, your search ends here. '

'We had a great time at this property. Although the weather didn’t allow us to use the patio, it was beautiful to look at from the sitting room. The location was perfect for visiting our daughter from the east coast.'

'The place was great and the neighborhood was awesome. Lots of fun restaurants and the Golden Gate Park is right there and a fun explore. One note, the really isn't any parking, so dont plan on it. We thought we had found a good spot based on how everyone else was parked but was towed with no notice or note ore anything. 700 bucks and half a day wasted. Everything else was great.'

'Although it was great proximity, the location was a bit loud being on a very busy street. The rooms are very small with no space to hang out. (No couch or table like a standard hotel room). The hotel staff was helpful with finding a space for the standard SUV we had rented, as some of the garage spots were too small..'

'This well appointed one bedroom unit is walking distance from both the beach and the park. Convenient to have access to laundry services. Host was responsive to any inquiries. '

'If you are looking for some beach time - this is the place. Great access to the beach. If the evenings/nights are chilly there is only 1 space heater so use accordingly. The sofa bed is lumpy but serviceable. The TV is in the bedroom and we could not get it to work. The owner offered suggestions but they did not work. The cottage has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The back deck needs a little repair. The back yard is great for morning or evening gatherings. Great...

"Les photos du site ne correspondent pas aux chambres proposées. J'avais une réservation et lorsque je suis arrivé, on m'a dit que l'hôtel était complet et que je devais me satisfaire d'une chambre au RDC qui donnait sur le parking. Le lendemain, j'ai dû montrer ma réservation, et malgré tout, ils ne voulaient m'attribuer la suite que j'avais réservée. L'intervention du support de Hotels.com a permis de faire progresser ma situation mais au final, je n'avais toujours pas la suite réservée ..."

"The location is perfect, spacious room with good beds. The breakfast is simple and can use a little extra, everything is sweet with no healthy options except a small bowl of yoghurt or an apple. Reception staff on arrival didn’t seem to have a good day."

"Het hotel is gedateerd , vitrage was gescheurd en handdoeken worden niet verschoond, je moet zelf achter nieuwe aan . Ook je bed wordt niet opgemaakt . Geen rustige omgeving, veel overlast van verkeer vanwege druk kruispunt Van Ness/ Lombard . Ook in de nacht verkeersoverlast . Net personeel en aardig . Goede locatie dicht bij de Fisherman’s Wharf "

"Very convenient location! Right next to the piers and public transportation. Almond croissant was terrific but other options at breakfast limited or very expensive. They also place a cc hold for incidentals, which is quite high ($400!) and hasn't been released almost a week after checking out."
