'Zeer welkom gevoel, vriendelijke ontvangst in grote heldere en schone lobby. Nette kamer met goed bed. Zwembad bij hotel was leuk, ligt alleen in de schaduw maar met de warmte van Batam is dat niet heel naar. Eten en drinken bij ontbijt was niet aan ons besteed, veel lokaal eten en het andere was smaakloos.'

'Location was good. 20mins drive from Batam Center Ferry Terminal and 5-10mins walk to Grand Batam Mall, 15-20 mins walk to BCS Mall. There are many eateries around. The room was spacious and clean. Though the furniture is a bit old, they are functional. The negative point is the bath tub. The design is not good as the water from either the shower head or the waterfall head will have some of the water onto the bathroom floor. 'The hotel is located near the habour bay ferry terminal. We took grab to reach the hotel within few minutes. The rooms are clean and spacious. So nice that the hotel provides welcome drink at the lobby. '
