« I love this hotel. It is beautiful and has so many amenities! First class. This is my second stay here and I can’t wait till the next one. The staff is awesome! I came in on an early flight and Tonya was able to get me into my room by 10 o’clock because it was empty that night before. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated that after spending 12 hours flying. Hotel is beautiful, the Thames Riveris beautiful, the staff is amazing. I have to say is the finest hotel I’ve ever stayed in Europe....

« My stay was absolutely ok. Wifi access was a bit odd, phone could get the cloud but not my laptop. I was too late to get a parking spot and because the parking was on a hill I could see it was a difficult manoeuvre and so I could see frustratingly large gaps between the cars. So for future visitors it might be worth mentioning the parking is limited although thinking about it you may end up with people arriving at the same time and creating a traffic nightmare on the main road. Heh ho. ...

They did offer to help me from restaurant, thought OK, but had to open fire door with room key, not told.
