'Wir wurden wieder äußerst herzlich empfangen, diesmal von beiden Tonis, sen. und jun. Da wir verspätet gelandet sind, war für unser leibliches Wohl schon gesorgt. Dafür nochmal ein großes Dankeschön. Hier im beschaulichen Selva lässt sich sehr gut abschalten und genießen. Finca, Pool und Grundstück werden super und mit viel Liebe und Leidenschaft gepflegt. Hier gibt es das beste Olivenöl aus eigener Ernte, frische Feigen und natürlich wieder das Paella Kocherlebnis. Ich könnte noch ewig weiter...

'Tolles Haus in zentraler Lage. Liebevoll eingerichtet mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Zusätzlich war Fancisca jederzeit ansprechbar und hat tolle Restaurantempfehlungen gegegben.'

'Woning en tuin waren ok en zoals beschreven. Maar... pas op! Antonio woonde de twee maanden dat wij er zaten met zijn vader, die af en toe 's nachts aan het roepen en hoesten was, op de begane grond. Het huis is nogal gehorig en daar hadden zowel Antonio als wij last van.'

'Stayed in Jordi's house for almost 2 weeks with older children. We really liked this. Spacious house with lots of equipment. Very quiet location and about a 12-minute walk from the beach and a supermarket within a 5-minute walk. Communal pool is lovely and very quiet. A small point of criticism is the beds. They are very hard and not very comfortable. Nevertheless, we had a wonderful holiday. Thanks Jordi!'

'We must praise the outstanding hosts, Cati and Jaume. Excellent communication before & during the stay, and nothing was too much trouble. When visiting on our 2nd evening to complete registration, we pointed out that the coffee maker was not working - a replacement was delivered the next day. When we asked for a change of bed linen, it was done within a few hours and their son even came to clean the pool after some Saharan sand arrived with the rain. Gracies per tot, Cati i Jaume! 'Kurzum einfach nur Spitzenklasse, wir haben den Aufenthalt vom ersten Moment an sehr genossen. Ein tolles Objekt, super betreut - genau das richtige für eine grössere Gruppe oder Familien. Danke nochmal!'

'The house is very well located close to the beach. The owner is friendly and easy in communication. A small issue with the washing machine was promptly fixed with help. The downside of the property, especially in fall, is the shaded garden because of the trees. The house was damp and even moldy in the upstairs bedroom. Besides the area is known for a lot of mosquito's with the nearby lake.'

'We (5 girls) had a very nice stay! We were there in the middle of the summer with pretty hot weather. The pool was very nice to cool off and look at the amazing view. The water is slightly salty, which we liked because there was not much chlorine scent in it. The house is very big and the kitchen had all we needed. Would really recommend!'

'Bei Beanstandungen haben wir uns an die Hausverwaltung gewandt und die Probleme wurden durch den Eigentümer sehr schnell behoben. Was wir uns aber auf jeden Fall noch gewünscht hätten, wäre nach der Hälfte der Zeit (wir waren 3 Wochen dort) frische Bettwäsche gewesen. Es war sehr warm und dementsprechend haben wir auch geschwitzt. Schön wäre es auch gewesen, wenn wir Informationen über die Müllentsorgung bekommen hätten. So mussten wir erstmal nach Containern suchen, die wir dann nach einigen...

Accommodatie ligt op het strand, ligstoelen

'So fortunate to have chosen this little house, with a toddler friendly garden, so near to the beach. There is a gate to block off the stairs, which otherwise could cause problems, but the owners are very helpful and there is a high chair and a couple cots. Laundry room is a bonus.'

'Wir waren mit unseren zwei kleinen Kindern in diesem tollen Ferienhaus und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Es ist alles da was man braucht und das Haus ist in einer ruhigen Gegend gelegen. Man ist schnell in Alcudia und den anliegenden Stränden sowie der toööe e angrenzenden Halbinsel.'

'Personeel is erg kundig en hulpvaardig, het eten was verassend goed voor een drie sterre nhotel. De accommodatie doet soms wat gedateerd aan, er mag zeker in de bedden gei vesteerd worden. Ook zijn de slaapbanken zijn erg hard.'

'Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst bij een mooie entree. De kamer was ook prachtig, zoals op de foto en alles zeer schoon. Prima ligging tov strand (2 minuten lopen), eetgelegenheden (5 min lopen) en centrum Alcudia (20 minuten lopen). Het ligt wel aan een drukke weg. Daar heb je in de kamer geen last van (goed geïsoleerd) maar aan het zwembad soms wel. Daarnaast is er wel wat achterstallig onderhoud aan de buitenkant en zwembad. Heeft nodig een opfrisbeurt nodig en losse plank met uitstekende spijkers...

'Een mooi rustig apart/hotel. 2 ruime slaapkamers en aparte woonkamer. Keuken met afwasmachine. en ook nog een bij hok met wasmachine. Een lekkere relaxte sfeer daar.'

"Gezellige locatie, bar op het domein, lekker avondmaal. Kamers zijn basic, maar zeker ok! Prijs kwaliteit super, zelfs gewoon goedkoop voor wat je krijgt (boek avondmaal bij). "

Basic in alles

"De ingang van het hotel ziet er niet uitnodigend uit maar van binnen is het redelijk. Kamers zijn functioneel ingericht en ruim genoeg maar zonder enige decoratie. Wel erg gehorig. Uitzicht van het balkon over zee is erg plezierig. Ons bed miste 2 steunpoten en hing door, gemeld bij de receptie maar men wilde er niets aan doen. Koffie- en snackautomaten beneden werkten de hele tijd niet. De jongedame aan de receptie was wel vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Parkeren kan soms een kwestie van zoeken zijn want de straten staan erg vol. Locatie is centraal en genoeg winkels en restaurants in de buurt. Helaas is de zee in Can Picafort best wild en moeilijk om te zwemmen."

Fantastisch restaurant

"Het eten in het restaurant van het hotel was fantastisch! Jammer dat we geen halfboard geboekt hadden! Het ontbijt was ook erg goed en uitgebreid. Het hotel was dichtbij het strand! Je auto kun je bij het hotel parkeren tegen betaling, maar je kunt ook gratis op straat in de buurt van het hotel parkeren! "
