'Internet is the room was very slow. Not sufficient for work and video conference. Thankfully no conference was in progress and I was able to use the conference facility for a day. This had higher Internet speed of 25Gb.Thank you to the manager for accommodating. '

'Very nice hotel, very friendly people, nice spa facilities, average breakfast. They offerred bus to take us to the ski gondola for free and they even offered to take us after working hours. Enjoyed our stay as they upgraded us to a family appartment. Only issue is that the WIFI was not working well in the room. Big parking space near the hotel.'

'We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Our 2- bedroom apartment was clean and spacious, the kitchen had sufficient amount of utensils and plates. We brought our own coffee machine, if we had not, there would not be a way for us to make our own coffee (we prefer it first thing in the morning, before dressing to go for breakfast to the restaurant). We appreciated that there was a kitchen towel and a feet towel (something that is missing in many other Bulgarian rental units), as well as...
