'this unit has decent prices for seattle and is quiet and safe, but it is really a bare bones set up. i was able to park on the street nearby the property. the owner was never able to provide functioning internet during the three nights i was there. the password supplied was never accepted. it would have been nice to have a bathmat in the bathroom and maybe an extra blanket in the closet. coffee maker works but filters supplied were the wrong type. '

'The property is very good, clean has everything essential a traveler needs. Vince was very engaged, and he was communicating with me all the time, making sure everything was OK with my stay. I had a bad surprise in the beginning, when I found that in order to receive the entry code, I have to submit a copy of my ID card (front and back), selfie and my credit card number. This was not mentioned when the property was booked. I am not comfortable giving such information to strangers. '

'I stayed here as a Mom looking for a solo night away to recharge. This was the perfect spot. I stayed in a non-view room with a balcony but it still looked over the harbor. The fireplace and large tub were amazing. The restaurant at happy was a bit overpriced but otherwise cozy and I didn't have to leave the property. I can't wait to come back again with my partner as well as just alone!'

'Really amazingly clean room! I've been in 4 star hotels that didn't have rooms that clean. The bed was INSANELY comfortable. It's older, outside especially shows the wear and tear. There's nothing but a nook off the lobby for breakfast. But there's a Starbucks just 1 minute away. Ironic how there's signs everywhere that the hotel is a non-smoking facility, but the lobby had the distinct reek of cigarettes coming from the back rooms.
