' Overall we enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. It allowed us to gather and truly was a home away from home. One suggestion - please upgrade the pots and pans. We felt like we were back in our college apartment using hand me down kitchen supplies. Also the drier had a hard time drying a load of our own beach towels. We definitely recommend this house to others and would stay here again. '

'Almost everything about this place was excellent. It was clean and looked freshly painted, Easy to get in and out of. Beds comfortable. I have two small complaints that are really not that bad: There weren't enough coffee mugs. The place sleeps double digits but there were only 6 mugs. I wound up drinking coffee out of a wine glass, which was an adventure. And the other minor thing was a neighborhood dog that barked incessantly. But I acknowledge there is nothing the owner can do about...

'The house is incredible. There is plenty to do inside and out. The downstairs has everything from table games to a theater room. The outside firepit, grass, pickleball court and hot tub is excellent. It is well stocked with toys and fun things for all ages. The bedrooms and kitchen are excellent. And it is really close to the hot springs, tubing the river and the pools. All and all we had a great time at our family outing.'
