'When we arrived we received a free upgrade of our room. We received a smokers room but was switched in to a non smokers room without any problem. A second after I checked in I found out that I lost my telephone. The hotel personnel called the busstations and ticket office for us, a driver and the receptionist brought us to the bus station to try and find our bus where I possibly lost my phone. 'My stay was comfortable with a good sized room, the room was clean and in good condition. I was a tourist not on business and there was a good level of noise from the corridors early in the morning. I used the spa which was a good service but the pool area was a bit of a building site so I wasn’t comfortable using it as there were no loungers or parasols but that’s my only gripe on the hotel and once the pool is operational I would consider staying again.'

'The Wind hotel is in a street with easy walkable access to coffee shops, bars and restaurants! The room we got when checking in was looking towards the cliff wall! It was small and we were a bit disappointed as the pictures looked different! I told the staff at reception and she gave up a much bigger room( apartment) with kitchenette!
