'Excellent customer service - the staff was so incredibly kind! It's in a safe area that's super close to shopping. I love the bigger fridge, microwave, hot plate/stove, dishes, utensils, and cooking utensils in the room. The only area for improvement would be adding more options for breakfast, but otherwise, this hotel is a gem! I'd 100% stay here again! '

'A bit older hotel, but super friendly staff. The rooms could use a bit updating but they are absolutely clean. Varied breakfast, small but nice pool. We also loved the atmosphere in the hotel. Try to book a Millennium Club room, then you are on the 9th floor and have a separate checkin and access to the lounge. The hotel is located at walking distance of the Mall of Asia. They also offer a free shuttle at stipulated times. The distance to the airport is also a pro.'

'After a bad start by staff busy at lock of our door the manager solved the problem and offered us a free ride to the busstation m We stayed for 3 nights and cleaning as well as staff was very satisfying. Will come back for sure. '

'De douche gaf alleen lauw water terwijl de wastafel wel heet water gaf...waaróm?. Bij het uitchecken werd me verteld dat er onder de wastafel (die bij het toilet was en niet in de doucheruimte) een kraan zit die je moet opendraaien. Dit kon ik natuurlijk niet weten en het stond bovendien nergens aangegeven.'

'I stayed here for nine days in August and I would definitely stay here again. The room I rented was nice, comfortable, and not too expensive. They had all the amenities you could want and need for an extended stay. Additionally the staff were all pleasant and professional. It's also in a quiet and safe area of Manila. I had a very pleasant stay in the Philippines and a big reason why was having this place to return to after my daytime adventures in Manila. If you're planning on staying in Manila...
