Our place can accommodate up to 9 guests in 3 bedrooms and the living room:
• Bedroom #1: 1 queen-size bed
• Bedroom #2: 1 queen-size bed
• Bedroom #3: 1 queen-size bed and 1 twin bed
Living Room: Large Sofa Bed + two large comfy chairs to pull out into single beds

We provide linens and pillows, and the bedrooms have ample closet space so you can unpack. The bedrooms also include top-of-the-line smart TVs, ceiling fans, hardwood floors, and large windows.

Our home has two full bathrooms, one with a glass-walled walk-in shower and the other with a shower/tub combo. We provide fluffy towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Want to get a head start on your post-trip laundry? Feel free to use our new washer and dryer.

Of course, you’re not only coming to Austin to sleep. The home also has a full kitchen, dining area, and comfy living room so you can kick back and hang out with your travel companions.

The kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite meals, including dishes, cookware, and glasses. Appliances include a stainless steel fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. There’s also a toaster, a standard coffee maker, and a Keurig coffee maker with capsules so you can prepare the perfect breakfast.

Dine in style at either the breakfast bar, which has 4 barstools, or at the gorgeous oak dining table, which can seat 10 on chairs and benches.

On the other side of the kitchen, you’ll find a spacious living room, which has a couch, oversized armchairs/loveseats (which unfold into beds), and a smart TV. Movie night, anyone?

The entire house has fast Google Fiber WiFi, and both heat and air conditioning are available so you’ll stay comfortable year-round.

This is a very nice house located close to the Austin music scene. The kitchen is very well-equipped. The hosts are very nice and very responsive. They were also very accommodating and understanding when I had a brain freeze and forgot when we were supposed to be checking out.

We felt that the location and proximity to restaurants and nightclubs was very good. The house was not as attractive or as spotless as the photos. None of the bedrooms had dressers or even luggage racks, so the luggage sat on the limited floor space. If you plan to watch any television, know your passwords for streaming channels. It would also be wonderful if stadium chairs or outdoor seating was available so guests can enjoy sitting outside!

Our group of six came to town for the K-State-Texas game; everything from check-in to check-out was a breeze. The house had everything you needed whether you were spending your time there or not. Clean home, great location!
Check in was easy with the exception that the code wouldn’t always open the front door. No biggie, we entered the property from the back door which gave us no problems and the property manager was very responsive when I reported the issue. The home was clean, exactly as pictured. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and such…thankful there was a Keurig machine, available k-cups and powdered creamer in the cupboard. Nice touch! It was lovely to enter a cold property after a hot day- the air conditioner works amazingly. The bedrooms were clean, beds were comfy, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, TVs with Netflix in all bedrooms, nice clean linens with extras in the closet. The bathrooms were nice. The master bath seemed to have all of the hot water, while the hall bath barely got warm - maybe there is a trick to adjusting the water temperature on the bath faucet? We couldn’t figure it out, so all adults showered in the master bath. The location is fantastic! We ventured to Lady Bird, Congress, Rainey, Q2 stadium, airport and paid between $17-$22 for each Lyft/Uber ride. Very close to so many things. Overall, great stay and we’d definitely rent again!

Great 3-bedroom at a good price
Overall, we loved our stay and would likely return when in the area, but did have a couple issues. We got there an hour early thinking we could check in early but the cleaner was still there. We just hung out front for an hour until 4 but feel the cleaner may have felt rushed. The bachelor group before us left a big mess and caused some damage, including a lot of glass breakage, inside and out of the home. The glass in front was picked up by the QA, but not all of it was picked up on the inside and I cut my foot. For the other damages, we asked to wait until we left but someone just walked into home in the afternoon of our third day saying she was there to make repairs. In spite of the few problems I felt it was an anomaly.

First time in Austin - great place!
Great things...wonderful 3 bed/2 bath house just like the photos. Great location, easy drive from airport (~15 mins), close to downtown (but I wouldn't suggest walking), and for an unexpected sight...sit on the front porch after dark and look at the lights of downtown Austin - wonderful! Things to improve...the directions for the door were not quite clear...took us some time to understand its idiosyncrasies. Overall, wonderful place, would rent again, and one of our party wants to move in!
