Newly built, independent and comfortable apartment of 90m2 in a quiet neighborhood of Artemida (Athens suburb), fully equipped with all the amenities that will make your stay pleasant. Ideal for those who want to be close to Athens, the airport, the port of Rafina, etc. and enjoy an entire vacation on a clean sandy beach.
We are located 1.4 km from the city center and 15 minutes by car from the airport and 10 minutes the port of Rafina. The nearest beach is 700m away. At 7.6 km is the Metropolitan Expo, at 10 km the Attica Zoological Park & Aquapolis Athens and at 11 km the Smart Park & McArthurGlen.
The apartment, the furniture and appliances are brand new, with high quality beds, mattresses and linens. Prepare breakfast and other meals in the fully equipped kitchen that has an electric stove, refrigerator, toaster, mixer, electric kettle, coffee maker, juicer, microwave oven, cooking utensils, etc. You will find complimentary tea and coffee.The apartment has access to a beautiful garden.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. Everything you might need, such as a supermarket, grocery store, butcher, local bakery, bank and pharmacy and convenience stores lare available within a 5-15 minute walk. We are a family of 4 living directly above the apartment. We will help you with whatever you need.

First night in Greece
I stayed here my first night after arriving in Greece. I didn’t realize it was a bit outside the city but I honestly loved the quietness and beauty of the area. It was perfect for my first night in this beautiful country. I walked to the beach and there are tons of great restaurants along the main road there. The side streets are quiet and serene and as a single woman I felt very safe walking them. The co do was clean and cute, but you will need to stop at a market if you want wine or a meal.

One of the nicest VRBO apartments we’ve ever stayed at!
What a wonderful way to end our fabulous trip to Greece! Melinta was the most gracious and efficient host. Every detail was taken care of, Including our taxi to the Athens airport for our departing flight. The apartment was pristine and extremely well stocked. I cannot think of anything a guest would need that was all not already provided. I hope we can come back next year!

Short Stay
We stayed here less than 24 hours our last night in Athens after returning from Crete the night before our flight back home. I selected this place because it was fairly close to the airport and within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The communication prior to arrival was great but upon arrival our hosts spoke very little English which was a bit awkward but it was fine. The place was very clean and well equipped as well as spacious. My only complaints are the air conditioner was in the main room so you have to leave the bedroom doors open to get cool air inside. Also, the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. I ended up trying to sleep on the sofa which wasn’t much better. So unfortunately I did not get much rest. We did walk towards the beach in order to get to some restaurants for dinner but it was a bit farther than we thought. We decided it would be safer to get a taxi back to the house after dinner since it was dark and we really weren’t familiar with the area. Hosts left coffee, tea, breakfast treats, candies and waters in the fridge which was very thoughtful. It’s obvious they take excellent care of their property. Outdoor area with seating was nice. We didn’t really stay long enough to enjoy anything as this was just a place to lodge before our departure. It worked fine for our needs.

Great hospitality in acquaint Greek neighborhood near the airport and the beach!
My family had a wonderful time, relaxing in our last night before flying out from Athens back to the US. It was a very cute and well kept apartment and the owner was very nice and accommodating.

Perfect Location and Beautiful Place
I must say for our very first time in Greece, this place was perfect. The Host was VERY Responsive about all of my requests. In fact, they allowed us to check in early since our cruise ended early. They stayed in communication and answered all of our questions prior to arrival. The spot is a short walk to the beach and a small shopping area. Thank for being so kind for our first visit. They have a nice patio area along with chairs and a small table right outside the apartment. the Host lives right above the place and they were even kind enough to help us with our luggage upon arrival and departing. Overall I would stay here again and you will not be disappointed when you check in either!!!!!!! Great Job and Well Done Hosts!!!!

Peace and Beauty near Athens
The best location for good food, the beach, and the airport. It’s close enough to Athens for easy trips into the city. The host is lovely and easy to communicate with. The apartment is clean, beautiful, and has indoor and outdoor areas to enjoy. The best place to stay to relax. It has a full kitchen and plenty of space to enjoy time with whoever you are traveling with. It was the best place we stayed at!

Perfect and Close to the airport.
We wanted a nice place to stay and relax before heading home to Kansas City USA after a seventeen-day Greek tour. This apartment was close to the airport and the beach. We enjoyed our stay very much. This apartment is perfect in every way. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay perfect. Candies, pastries, water, coffee, and tea were waiting for us upon arrival. We arrived and took a short walk to the beach where we had lunch. We walked around to see what the downtown area had to offer, bought some food items for dinner, and headed back to take a shower and relax. Our only disappointment is that we couldn't stay longer. Beautiful Apartment and Amazing Host
This was the cleanest apartment/vrbo I have ever stayed in. The attention to detail, from the cleanliness to the amenities was perfect. The hosts were kind and helpful. My daughter and the host daughter became fast and forever friends. It is conveniently located 15 minutes from the Athens airport. If I am ever fortunate enough to visit Greece again this is where I will stay.

We had less than 24 hours at this property, but we made the most of it. At the end of our visit to Greece, we booked this apartment for its proximity to the airport. We got more than we expected! It was a short walk to a lovely beach and restaurants. The owner provided beach towels and mats, as well as a bag to tote our things to the beach. The apartment had everything you would need for a longer stay, but sad to say, we didn’t plan for more time here.

Spacious and Modern Apartment near Airport
We chose Melinta’s apartment because we needed a place to stay for one night near the airport (15 minute Uber drive). It’s a beautiful, large apartment with all the comforts of home. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you might need and the beds are comfortable. We walked to a nice beach area for dinner. There were many restaurants to choose from and a super market. Melinta is a warm host, providing coffee, tea and a variety of breakfast treats. I would highly recommend this apartment for a one night stay close to the airport, or for an extended stay in Artemida.

Fantastic place operated by a lovely couple
The suite is spacious, clean and tastefully appointed. We were also pleasently surprised to find various greek treats already present in the room that we were not expecting, ranging from sweets, to greek Brioche. The location is great being only a 10 minute drive from the Rafina port. Be careful to plan your ferries ahead though. We unfortunately arrived late to our suite due to flight delays, after which the best thing about this place occured: The local couple managing it were unbelievably kind and helpful in helping us to come up with a backup plan to leave from another port to catch a different sailing. They even sent us off with a bunch of fruit and snacks! Truly you couldnt ask for better hosts! 5/5 on all counts.
