« The room was very clean and well appointed with a fridge and microwave. Great tv selections for watching tv at night. There's a beautiful stream in the back of the property and you can enjoy coffee, fruit or cereal out on the patio in front of your room. There's a short drive to Prattsville Diner and Jim's All American supermarket. »

« Great little hotel- especially for the price! Hotel Vienna was clean, had some nice touches, updated bathrooms, and a great sauna and pool. I felt safe and welcome here staying alone with my son. Would recommend! »

« Fire alarm sat in the den area unconnected when we walked in. Was immediately texted we would receive 20% discount for hot tub not in working order which was good. Asked 3 times for wash rags for the bath, but no response. Full kitchen had no dish towels, rags, or dish detergent. Dishwasher did not work. We liked the space and the area, but being between seasons was not a good idea. »

« I have read a lot of reviews on this property and I always try to steer clear of the bad reviews to let myself in on the experience so I can find out When you speak on “updating” and such, you must keep in mind the Nostalgia of this sport and what this mountain has down to maintain the East Coast Lodge vibe. « This was a great, quick stay for us! We really appreciated that they left us our room keys (and popcorn!) up front, as we arrived late in the evening from traveling. Our overall experience was perfectly fine. The place was beautiful, and we were excited to get our room upgraded to a suite. « This unique hotel is such a gem. The attention to detail and amenities are suberb. We stayed in the fabulous firkin and loved the soaking tub. Previously we stayed in the final frontier and genies bottle suites, both were so fun. Also love the free steam room, jacuzzi and sauna. We're already planning our next stay. »
