"I was a loyal customer of Crowne Plaza and I stayed with them in many different cities. I can testify theeir service and facilities are running down. Water there was cold, the sauna was closed without any notice ( also not on all booking platforms.) Furthermore, the staff didn’t tell customers about extra fees before booking for them. Hygienic status was not as in the past. I strongly suggest you switch to another chain."

"Prima hotel, direct op de luchthaven, handig als je laat aankomt of vroeg moet vliegen. Prima fastfood keuken aanwezig voor een pizzaatje of hamburger. Wordt ter plekke vers gemaakt."
