'The atmosphere was great and the room service staff were friendly, which we really appreciated. However, we booked a suite to accommodate two adults and three kids, expecting the extra space and sleeping option with the fold-out couch. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was unusable—the mattress was very poor quality, there were no sheets provided, and the only blanket available was a thin one crumpled in the closet. 'I have stayed here several times and I am almost never disappointed. The service at the hotel (on all levels) is excellent. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure that every need is met. Our room was very comfortable and the concierge was key to arranging for the hotel car to take us to dinner and get us back to the hotel.'
